Crescent Roll Breakfast Pizza

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of Crescent Roll Dough

  • Cooked and chopped bacon ( or whichever meat you want)

  • About a cup of thawed hash browns ( this is the best part if you ask me)

  • Shredded cheese (I like Colby jack because it melts so good)

  • 3 eggs whisked together with a splash of milk or cream and a pinch of S&P

There are few things I love more than breakfast, so once I tried this little breakfast pizza, I was hooked! I’ve already made it 3 times and I think its safe to say this recipe will be a staple in our home! Perfect for any weekend breakfast for the family or Christmas morning, this little “pizza” is so versatile and a crowd pleaser! Also did I mention its SO EASY to make! Things to note: We used bacon but I’ve already made it with sausage as well and it was wonderful! You could also do a ham and turkey version and basically throw on whatever you want! Bell peppers, mushrooms, and a little onion would be delish with some Ham! Just don’t load the crescent dough down with too too much! To see me make this recipe, click my video! Here’s how to make it:

  • Roll out your crescent roll dough on a baking sheet.

  • Next pinch the seems together and most importantly make a little edge around the “Pizza” acting as your crust! This is going to help the egg not leak out!

  • Top with cooked bacon

  • Next add Thawed Hashbrowns

  • Top with Cheese

  • Make sure your eggs are whisked and SLOWLY pour evenly over pizza to make sure you don’t spill out! I have felt like I needed a 4th egg before and just scrambled that one and added it on top as well!

  • Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
